Retail orders ship from Dallas, Texas. Rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination, so the 5 lb foodservice packs price accurately against the retail jars.
Returns
Sealed, unopened items may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Because these are food products, opened jars and bulk packs cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect orders are replaced at no cost.
